We are currently seeking an experienced Part Time Property Caretaker/Building Maintenance for our location in Roseville, MN (Roselawn Avenue) ** Ask about additional hours - could be Full Time position covering other TC metro locations ** $19.25 per hour Candidate will perform minor maintenance, cleaning, apartment turns, work order completion etc. Must be available to complete general work duties Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm and be able to work without direct supervision. Must have excellent time management skills, professional demeanor along with the ability to communicate in a professional manner and excellent problem solving skills.
