Full-time with Benefits We are seeking candidates with Navy preventive maintenance and 3-M program experience, to include using the SKED 3.2 software application. Candidates must have experience with shipboard equipment and systems and have technical skills that support verifying Maintenance Procedures aboard US Navy ships. Functional knowledge of Navy PMS Documentation (MIPs/MRCs) is a must. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen living in the Hampton Roads, VA area, with the ability to acquire a Security Clearance and a U.S. Passport. This position is hybrid, however, there will be in-office requirements. Education & Experience: 5-7 years' active-duty preventive maintenance experience 2-3 years' experience using SKED 3.2 software 1 or more years' experience as a Work Center Supervisor or 3MC role in SKED Required Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and people skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including consistent and correct use of tense, grammar, spelling and terminology Detail-oriented Able to work within a team and independently Multi-tasking and prioritization skills Computer proficiency, including a solid understanding of standard Microsoft Office products Responsibilities include: Analyze PMS documents and data from various sources, including CDMD-OA equipment data Create ship maintenance schedules based on equipment, MIPs, MRCs and Scheduling Aids Process updated ship maintenance schedules for Tailored Force Revision (TFR) Assist with quality assurance testing of TFR utilizing the SKED 3.2 software application Identify opportunities to create efficiencies through automation or enhancement of existing processes Salary Range: $60, 000 - $80,000 We offer a variety of benefits to our employees, including:
