JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary: Take the challenge of leading an engineering team and provide effective guidance. Build the vision of the IXL Application Engineering domain and involve the team in its implementation, aiming at continuous improvement in productivity and performances. Plan, grow and acknowledge team expertise. Be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. Act proactively addressing projects and/or development commitments and collaborating with you peers for seamless and successful operations. As a Department Head, you will interact with all team members, so your communication as well as your motivation skills should be excellent.
