Position Title: Retail Banking Manager Date: Apr 3, 2025 Location: Perth Amboy, NJ, US, 08861 Company: Popular Bank NYM Region 1 The Retail Banking Manager leads and develops the strategy for a designated geographical cluster of branches. This role is accountable for financial performance (P&L), new business development, customer experience, hiring, coaching, and complying with all policies and procedures. The Retail Banking Manager has in-depth knowledge and relationships within the region they manage. Executive presence coupled with authenticity and thoughtfulness in approach are critical for fit for the role. Emphasis is placed on ensuring that the region achieves budgeted results and effectively manages risk. The Retail Banking Manager is responsible to develop new business with a focus on small business loans and further expand existing business relationships while attracting new money. #LI-Onsite Base Salary & Benefits Our base salary for this position located in New York City generally ranges between $200,000.00 and $260,000.00 annually, depending on business need and on your qualifications and experience. Base salary does not include incentive compensation, commission, or any other type of remuneration or benefits.
